Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s Camera Specifications Are Leaked!!!
With three 50 MP cameras, Xiaomi debuted the 14 and 14 Pro smartphones but saved the Ultra model for a subsequent reveal. A fresh report claims that it will have four 50 MP cameras and a primary sensor with a faster f/1.6-f/4.0 variable aperture.
With the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and the new HyperOS UI, the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro made their debut in China last month. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the third member of the 14 series, is on the way. The features of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s camera have been disclosed by a well-known Chinese tipster ahead of any official release. According to rumors, the forthcoming phone will share the same quad-rear camera setup as its predecessors. Rumour has it that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be the follow-up to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
On Weibo, Digital Chat Station (DCS) (in Chinese) praised the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s camera features. The source claims that the phone will have four 50-megapixel cameras that can be adjusted between f/1.6 and f/4.0.
If this were to replace the previous model’s dual aperture, it would be a significant improvement. Additionally, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra features a dual aperture ranging from f/1.9 to f/4.0 and a quadrant of 50-megapixel sensors. The aperture on the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro can be adjusted from f/1.42 to f/4.0.
The source went on to say in another post that the camera on the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will have four different native focal lengths: 0.5x, 1x, 3.2x, and 5x.
The 6.7-inch AMOLED display, which will have a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, is expected to make its formal debut in March of next year, according to previous reports. Supposedly, Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 system on a chip will drive it. Anticipated features of the phone include a quad-back camera setup with a 1-inch Sony Lytia LYT-900 sensor. A 5,500 mAh battery will probably power it.
There will likely be upgrades to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in the next 14 Ultra. With 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, the latter was released in April for CNY 5,999 (about Rs. 71,600).
In October, Xiaomi introduced the 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphones to the Chinese market. Their worldwide debut has not been announced officially yet. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 System on a Chip (SoC) and Xiaomi’s HyperOS interface power the two. With a dynamic refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of up to 2K, the Xiaomi 14 series boasts LTPO OLED screens. Their triple rear camera arrangement has been fine-tuned by Leica. Each variant supports up to 1 terabyte of storage and 16 GB of random access memory. Additionally, they are resistant to dust and water, with an IP68 designation.
