Tata Passenger Electric Mobility (TPEM), a Tata Motors company and the pioneer of India’s EV revolution opened its TATA.ev outlets for EV consumers in Sector 14 and Sohna Road, Gurugram. The public can visit these establishments on January 7, 2024.

As electric vehicles emerge in India, consumers are increasingly growing to anticipate a seamless blend of modern technology, sustainable practices, and personalized services. TPM brings its new brand identity, TATA.ev, to its first physical sales and service experience to keep up with these developments. The TATA.ev stores emphasize sustainability, community, and technology, unlike traditional 4-wheeler showrooms. The EV community will feel welcome and immersed in these showrooms, which will reflect ‘Move with Meaning’.

They care about the environment, driving costs, and new technologies. This aligns with the new brand identity’s environmental, community, and technology ideals. The new flagship showrooms are the first physical representations of this brand idea, therefore we plotted the client experience. To empower our consumers, we want to create a harmonic communal area for customer gatherings/services, sustainability-focused training, and events. TATA.ev stores in Gurugram are community facilities as well as EV showrooms.

Starting with these two showrooms today and many more in the next 12-18 months, we aim to improve the automobile industry through e-mobility.

Vivek Srivatsa, Head of Marketing, Sales, and Service Strategy, at Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., said TATA.ev stores have redefined every part of the in-store experience. In harmony, digital, physical, and human elements create a memorable car-buying experience with authentic surprises that excite our community at every turn. The in-store experience provides information, advice, and guidance in a friendly environment to meet EV purchasers’ diverse expectations. We employ technology to improve the experience, but the personal touch is still crucial. From new retail careers to enthusiastic brand enthusiasts, our home of electric is warm, welcoming, friendly, and exciting.

From concept to building to daily operations, the showroom emphasizes sustainability. These stores demonstrate our company’s sustainability commitment. All major materials are recycled or recyclable, and many are certified sustainable by global green certifiers. While building the showroom, local materials were prioritized, reducing long-distance, high-emission transportation.

In addition to selling Tata EVs, this showroom invites visitors to share moments like Blue Tokai coffee, catch up with other EV adopters, and attend events on the EVOLVE community calendar, making it a hub for meaningful interactions.

Technology is this design’s third pillar. The store carefully integrates digital features to support and keep visitors manageable. The screens would show current owners’ testimonies, address EV fallacies, offer customization possibilities for customers interested in learning more about their Tata EVs, and greet families arriving to acquire their EVs.

TPEM has led the 4-wheeler EV market with over 71% market share by introducing cutting-edge technology and products. Tata EVs sold 1 lakh lately as the firm shapes mobility’s future. By prioritizing seamless connectivity, cutting-edge design, high performance, and uncompromising safety across its electric vehicle lineup, the business hopes to set new standards in the EV industry. TPEM is reinventing mobility via community, sustainability, and technology.
