Controversy Surrounds Vivek Bindra Again As Wife Files Assault Charges Against Him
Entrepreneur and motivational speaker Vivek Bindra has previously made headlines as well, but not for the right reasons. Bindra again has swirled in controversy as he is now facing assault charges in addition to being embroiled in an online feud with another motivational speaker, Sandeep Maheshwari. After just eight days of wedlock, his spouse has charged the 41-year-old with “punching her deaf.”
Police stated that they are looking into the claims and will act after conducting more investigation. After getting married on December 6, Bindra and Yanika moved into a posh neighborhood in Noida’s Sector 94. However, a few days after they were married, his wife filed an assault report against him at Noida’s Sector 126 police station.
Vaibhav Kwatra, Yanika’s brother, also filed a complaint against Bindra on December 9; as a result, an FIR was filed on December 14. According to reports, his wife’s severe head injuries have left her deaf and is currently receiving treatment.

“On December 7, early in the morning, my brother-in-law Vivek Bindra got into a fight with his mother Prabha ji. When my sister Yanika stepped in, my brother-in-law locked her in the room, mistreated her, and beat her so badly that she now has cuts all over her body, is deaf, and has her hair pulled out, according to Kwatra.
What does the FIR say?
As per the FIR, Bindra and Yanika tied the knot on December 6. But Bindra is said to have taken Yanika inside a room shortly after the wedding, where she attacked her, pulled her hair, and yelled obscenities at her. According to the complaint, Yanika’s hearing is impaired as a result of the assault. It’s said that Bindra also broke her phone.
She was experiencing vertigo as a result of the head injury. Sections 323 (causing hurt), 504 (insult to provoke breach of peace), 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt), and 427 (mischief) are the IPC sections under which Bindra is charged. “To find out the facts, we have opened an investigation into the case. Rajneesh Verma, assistant commissioner of police (Noida), told PTI that appropriate action would be taken.
Other Feuds
Earlier, The motivational speaker & businessman was also involved in a feud with another motivational speaker. As per Sandeep Maheshwari, Vivek Bindra, the CEO of Bada Business Private Limited (BBPL) scammed students. Mr. Maheshwari posted a video titled “Big Scam Expose” on his YouTube channel, where he featured student testimonies alleging that Bindra’s company had defrauded them. Bindra has refuted every accusation, though.
