Design

The design is sophisticated. Its 15.6-inch screen and brushed metal design give it a premium look. Additionally, it resembles a notebook. Despite using plastic, the finished product weighs 1.60 kg. It is obvious that the Apple MacBook served as inspiration for this laptop. This laptop is unique since the corporate logo is not on the lid. The item’s side has the corporate logo. The laptop also includes Apple MacBook hinges, which adds to its excellence. The laptop closes thinly. The top panel can be removed more easily through a small hole. The rubble feet elevate the laptop, which improves heat dissipation. As said, the laptop’s right side is slanted. On the left are the SD card slot, a USB 3.0 connector, a 3.5 mm headphone and microphone jack, and a data USB-C port.

A DisplayPort, HDMI 1.4 port, USB 3.0 port, and data-transfer/charging USB-C connector are on its left side. For those who need one, a second numeric keypad is advised due to the laptop’s smaller form factor. A little opening on the front of the laptop makes accessing the top panel easier. How can you open the laptop lid with this tiny opening? The keyboard’s little bend increases the laptop’s stability and durability in the event of an accident.

Display

The laptop’s 15.6-inch screen offers a resolution of 1080 pixels and a brightness of 300 nits, making it easy to see in sunlight. First, the display’s bezels are quite large, especially towards the base. This picture shows the four rubber feet. This laptop’s display has a 178-degree viewing angle, so you can see a bright and vibrant picture even when leaning sideways. As a bonus, mention this. The display’s bottom left corner shows the laptop’s series. The laptop is an Infinix Inbook X2 Plus.

Hardware and sound

Infinix INBook X2 Plus

Keyboard first. It’s a tactile keyboard, and we find it crisp, satisfying, and springy. The big Touchpad allows multiple touches, making browsing more smooth. Without a mouse, we have more control. Its high-quality glass construction makes it feel like a MacBook and requires little pressure to operate. It also reacts well. Finally, its speakers are great. It has high-fidelity stereo speakers and two levels. They’re under the laptop, and the sound is amazing and immersive due to the laptop’s elevation, which improves sound wave flow from below.

We had a real moviegoing experience. Watching our favorite movies and TV shows here should be pleasurable. The SSD is at the upper left of the screen. The CPU has a cover-mounted fan to keep it cool under pressure. Because they’re on the motherboard, we won’t discuss these additional components. Isn’t it amusing? Despite packing all these components onto a laptop, the designers ensure adequate ventilation. This device hides its massive battery pack under the keyboard. Two high-quality stereo speakers are in the battery compartment.

Camera quality

Camera test time! Due to the laptop’s size, camera testing was impossible. But here are some photographs and a video! Dual LED fill lighting improves laptop selfie camera low-light performance. The image atop the LCD panel shows three white circles above it. The two tiny circles close to the camera are the Dual LED fill lights. Near the fill and lights are two microphone apertures. The laptop’s FHD selfie camera with dual starlight can take high-quality color photos in low light. These low-light shots show that the camera tries to improve the details despite the low light. Low-light laptop camera performance The quality is excellent enough for a cheap laptop and works nicely for video conferences. Watch a sample video clip below.

Gaming battery performance

50 Wh (13,513.51 mAh) batteries power laptops. The device includes a 65-watt charging cable. Thus, the laptop may charge from 0% to 70% in about an hour. Tiger Lake CPUs, which are fast, power all Inbook X2 Plus laptops. We have an Intel I3-111G4 processor and Intel UHD Graphics. The comparison image shows that it is weak. However, the laptop’s hardware isn’t well-suited for such CPU and GPU-demanding programs, so we’ll have to ditch our plans to demonstrate a variety of productivity apps and games using the laptop. It stutters and has frame rates as low as 10 when playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. AAA games freeze after a certain point, making them unplayable. Productivity tools are slow and annoying to look at. You should choose a higher-end version than ours. i5 models should perform better.
