In May, the actress described the attention on her physical makeover as “flattering” but overwhelming. “I’m feeling extremely comfortable in my body these days, that is not a thing that I’ve been able to say for every moment of my life, unfortunately,” she said. “I feel great.”  I know people are interested in my body and its changes, which is pleasant and sometimes overwhelming, so I don’t try to tune it in too much. I invest a lot of time and energy on health.”  Mindy first highlighted her reduced frame in December 2022 when she posted a photo of herself in a stunning white outfit. Since then, she’s discussed her healthier lifestyle. Her weight loss techniques include 20 miles of running or trekking each week and trainer-led weightlifting. Mindy told Today in May that she is “never gonna stop being a foodie” but has learnt to adjust her diet and stop seeing exercise as a “penalty“. “I’ll never live on spinach and salmon. “I’m trying moderation for the first time and loving it,” she said.

Kaling replied that she invests “so a lot of energy and time trying to be healthy.” She runs or hikes 20 miles a week and lifts weights. It’s a big responsibility for me. I live in clothes for exercise to get it in.” According to the reports!, Kaling said on Today in 2022 that she’ll “do not stop being a chef” and prioritise moderation. “I’ll never live on spinach and salmon.
