CA Intermediate Papers: RTP

ICAI provides the RTP CA Intermediate Question Papers with Answers. Separate papers for English and Hindi are available from CA Wizard. The suggested answers/hints are included in the PDFs.

CA Intermediate Paper Pattern

The eight papers are divided into two parts. Students can take four papers or all eight papers in one attempt. Students from the Hindi medium can opt to take the CA exams in Hindi.

All eight CA Intermediate exams are held offline. Students are given three hours to write their answers.

The type of questions in papers 1, 3, 5, and 8 is subjective. In papers 2, 4, 6, and 7, 30% of the questions are objective, and the remaining 70% are subjective.

All the papers are 100 marks; students need a minimum of 40 marks for each paper and an aggregate of 50 marks to pass the exam. If a student fails in any of the exams, they must take all the exams. However, a 60+ score on any paper will make them eligible for exemption.
