Kourtney’s note to all the mothers

Kourtney Kardashian, the 44-year-old reality star, has been spotted at the gym seven weeks after giving birth. She shared a video of herself walking on a treadmill on Instagram Story and offered a message of encouragement to her fellow moms.

The mother of four kids, captioned the video as “7 weeks postpartum: first day in the gym doing 30 minutes walking 3.0 12.0 incline taking it easy.”

She added more to the note to emphasize that it’s not a “race” when it comes to caring for yourself as a mother post-pregnancy, while addressing it to all the moms, she continued the caption by saying, No rush no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it’s not a race, encouraging the parent to take time to heal and rest.

In the video, you could see Kourtney wearing black leggings, striped socks, and black Nike sneakers for her workout ensemble.

Kourtney and Travis’s Big Family

The KUWTK star recently welcomed a Baby Boy, Rocky in November with her husband Travis Barker, who is not her first child. Baby Rocky extended the family of six kids to seven, where she is the mother of Reign, Penelope, and Mason with her ex-husband Scott Disick.

Meanwhile, Travis is the father of Landon, Alabama with his ex Shanna Moakler and stepfather to his daughter Atiana De La Hoya.

The Poosh Founder and her husband, Travis, have been very “protective” and “isolated” of their newborn son, Rocky Thirteen Barker.

The couple has been isolated from others and ensuring that their son is safe and healthy, a source told to US Weekly.

An insider also revealed that Kourtney’s children and stepchildren were all excited for Baby Rocky’s arrival. The kids are so excited to have a little brother,” everyone “taking turns helping Kourtney and Travis out any way they can.”

Although, Travis’s son, Landon made a small appearance on SiriusXM’s TikTok radio post-Kourtney’s pregnancy, and when asked if he had helped in changing diapers, he quickly responded, “I have not. And I will not be.”
