Having a good place in Mumbai was my only dream and when I started my business I had only one goal and that was
getting my own home. When I was in the position of taking a home I wanted it in Mumbai specifically in Khar as I have most of my employees here. Mumbai is a city of dreams and with a dream of having a beautiful home here, I started searching for properties online. That’s when I came across Rustomjee Paramount, a beautiful apartment in Khar West.
This place was beautifully designed for the members. It had good space, top-class Amenities and a convenient lifestyle assurance. When I first saw the layout I was pretty surprised and fascinated about the plan and with the architecture and amenities I got pretty excited about the property. The place was In Mumbai Khar West which is a plus point at first and then we have the price point of ₹8 Crores onwards which caught my eye.
I was looking for a spacious and convenient home and this place in Khar West was offered for ₹8 Crores for a 2 BHK. The possession date for the project is 2025. They have everything from basic facilities to advanced services. There’s a
Bike and Car Parking are available at this place so I don’t have to roam around and wonder where I should park my car.

The project is built by renowned builders Rustomjee Group with 6 Buildings totaling 600 units and the project size is 1.65 acres which makes the project pretty huge and spacious to walk around. A good space is all about its surroundings and when I saw the place and its surroundings I made up my mind. I wanted to book the place at the moment but checking other elements was also crucial.
Why I Invested in Rustomjee Paramount
Rustomjee Paramount was the place for the elite and the luxurious experience offered by the builders was unmatched. When I first saw the layout I was convinced that this was one of the most special projects I’ve ever come across and after looking at the amenities I couldn’t stop myself from getting a home here.
The key features of this place were its beauty, amenities, surroundings and the convenience offered. As I have my employees nearby it would be awesome to operate my business from here and also travel the whole Mumbai from here. I personally love Mumbai for its weather and now that I’ll be having my own home it’ll be pretty easy for me to be here and enjoy my time.
As I liked the place it was crucial to know whether this place is legally right to invest in and that’s why I called my friend to get his review on this. After I had a chat with him he said that this is one of the best properties I could invest in Khar West. And after getting confirmation from my friend I decided to invest here.
Amenities At Rustomjee Paramount
There are multiple amenities available at this place and when I saw the convenience and list of services offered.
First, there’s proper Security offered at this place so the members feel safe. There’s a huge Park at this place where kids can have fun and play around. We have a huge Clubhouse where we can do different activities and play indoor games whenever we want. There’s also a Children’s play area where kids can play and have fun. There are multiple Indoor games like chess and carrom that I can play whenever I want. I love reading self-help books and for that, we have a huge Library here.
There’s an Amphitheater where the big event happens and the space was too huge here. There’s a Lift accessible to all rooms and we have Spa/steam/sauna services which we can take whenever we want.
They have a Sewage treatment plant for waste management and a Rainwater harvesting system to use the resources right. For security, we have a CCTV camera and parking to park cars. Overall the space and the amenities were pretty good but the cherry on the top was the
The swimming pool is where I can go for a swim whenever I want. Fire safety to avoid any uncertainty and a Gym to work is also available. A Jogging track for me to go on a run was pretty amazing as I go on a run in the morning.
