Weeks after their official introduction in China, the two phones in Vivo’s flagship X100 series will begin to make waves in international markets on December 14.

The business announced the global launch date for the Vivo X100 series weeks after the X100 and X100 Pro launched in China. These smartphones have a triple back camera configuration with primary and telephoto cameras and MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9300 processor. Like previous X series models, the cameras are Zeiss-co-engineered. The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro support 120W and 100W wired fast charging.

GSMArena found the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro’s global launch date on the company’s website. The Vivo X100 series announcement page now says handsets will launch on December 14. Despite no launch date, the Chinese smartphone maker is expected to launch the handset in India.

The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro, released in China last month, run Android 14-based OriginOS 4 and come in Chen Ye Black, Star Trail Blue, Sunset Orange, and White Moonlight (translated from Chinese). They have 6.78-inch AMOLED 8T LTPO curved screens with 120Hz refresh rates and 3,000 nits peak brightness. Both phones use a 4nm Dimensity 9300 processor and up to 16GB RAM.

Both have triple back cameras, but the Vivo X100 has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 VCS bionic primary camera and a 64-megapixel Zeiss periscope telephoto camera. The Pro model has a 50-megapixel Zeiss APO periscope telephoto camera and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor. Both contain a third 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.

The Pro has the same RAM, storage, and display as the regular model. It has a larger 5,400mAh battery with 100W charging. Both smartphones are IP68 dust- and water-resistant.
