Summertime Render, also called Summertime Render, is a supernatural mystery anime made by OLM. It was based on the same-named Japanese manga series by Yasunori Tanaka.

The show is about an ordinary young adult named Shinpei Ajiro. After his friend Ushio dies in a suspicious way, Shinpei gets caught up in a series of strange events. As her ghost follows her around and asks to be saved, he starts to look into the bigger plot behind her untimely death to save his family. If you think the show’s premise sounds interesting and want to know more about it, we’ve got you covered.

What is the story of Summertime Render?

Shinpei Ajiro is a young adult who lived with Mio and Ushio Kofune after their parents died when they were very young. But he later moved to Tokyo on his own; the news of Ushio’s untimely death brought him back to where he came from. When he sees her dead body, the wounds make him suspicious because they point to a bigger plot that needs to be looked into. Shinpei soon puts the pieces together and makes a plan to find out the truth.

But strange visions of Ushio pleading for help keep coming to him, and the fact that dangerous things are all around him makes him even more confused about the murder. As Shinpei sets out to fight for his family and keep them from dying in a terrible way, he realises that the perfect future he imagines for everyone is too complicated to be real.

The Story

At first glance, the story of this anime seems simple and not very deep, but once you’ve seen the whole thing, you’ll see that it has a lot to offer. There are a lot of characters in Summertime Render,” and they all play a big part in stopping the shadows. This is not an easy situation. Shinpei is the main character, and he has been compared to other main characters like Subaru from “Re: Zero,” since both of them can go back in time to a certain point after dying. At first, he doesn’t understand how he can do this, but he soon gets the hang of it. Ushio is the older and more outspoken of the two sisters.

She is also more of a tomboy than Mio. With how quiet and mousey she is, Mio is the exact opposite of Ushio. Hizuru is one of the older members of the gang because she is an adult and very good at fighting. She also writes books under the name of her late brother, Rynosuke Nagumo, to remember him. Other characters, like Shinpei’s childhood friend Hishigata and the old sniper expert Ginjir, also help defeat the Shadows in some way, so it’s not fair to call them “useless.”

The Bottom Line

The television show “Summertime Render” does an excellent job of holding the attention of its viewers and is also quite strong in terms of the plot and the action that it depicts. This is one of the very few reviews that I’ve read in which I didn’t find a lot of problems, with the exception of some of Shinpei’s decisions, such as his wanting the others to split up at certain points, which is a very stupid thing to do if you’re dealing with entities that can literally copy almost anyone.

This is one of the few reviews that we have read. In addition to this, our opinion is that this, along with “Parallel World Pharmacy” and “Cyberpunk: Edgerunners,” was one of the best holiday-themed shows that we were given in the previous season, with this particular show being deserving of a high rating.

Due to the fact that this series is typically just that excellent and also because it includes Hizuru in it for “reasons,” the final verdict of this series is a solid 10/10.
