What Is Psychology?

Psychology is the study of the human mind and its behavior. It is the study of how our minds work in different scenarios and how they perceive emotions and the world around us.

UG Level-

Candidates should have completed their school education that is 12th class from a recognized state board or a recognized national board. The students have to be qualified for exams which are approved by the government to be considered equivalent to the 12th class.

This is something that is required for all undergraduate courses in India, whether it is a BA Psychology Course in Indore or any other course.

Candidates who have completed their schooling with a 12th degree from any open school board like NIOS are also eligible. The candidate could be of any stream (Arts, Commerce, or Science). Moreover, the other criteria are based on colleges and institutions.

PG Level-

Candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree in psychology as their primary subject. Candidates who are still appearing for their final exam for psychology bachelor’s are also allowed to appear for the entrance exam for PG courses. It is recommended that post-graduation studies be pursued from colleges with a good reputation, and few of the top colleges in Indore or most of the cities meet these standards.

The merit lists for these exams include the student’s marks in the Psychology subject. It does not affect if the student graduated with a regular degree or from an open university.
