Adam Driver and Joanne Tucker Become Proud Parents To A Baby Girl!
The actor kept the pregnancy hushed and made the exciting big news during the dress rehearsal of Saturday Night Live, which was hosted on December 10.
According to Page Six, House of Gucci actor, Adam Driver and his wife Joanne Tucker welcomed a baby girl into their family. The happy news was revealed this past weekend when he was on the dress rehearsal for Saturday Night Live.
He very sweetly announced the news saying,
“Last year, I asked for a baby girl, and I got it, which is exhausting,” he reportedly said during the practice opening monologue. “So this year, I wish for Ambien!”.
The private pregnancy
The arrival of the news might not be that big of a secret as Page Six first reported the news that Adam and Joanne might be expecting the baby in February. The couple was seen carrying baby products and groceries inside their New York Apartment at the time, with Joanne sporting a baby bump.
The secrecy of their second child might not be that of a surprise as the couple has always been very private when it comes to their family matters. In 2018 also they welcomed their first child, a son, but the news only became public after Joanne’s sister shared pregnancy photos from a joint baby shower, where she referred to her sibling as a “new mom“.

In 2013, Adam and Joanne got married. The couple met first at Juilliard in the 2000s and after 13 years of dating, tied the knot at a private wedding ceremony. In a KACZ radio, interview, Adam spoke about how his wife helps him to “remain a normal person … amidst all [the] Hollywood craziness.” and values his time with his family and the support he receives from his wife.
